HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Each piece of our Dabby Reid collection is handmade, therefore delicate and should be handled as such. Please do not use jewelry cleaners. They are too harsh. All of our jewelry should be hand washed with mild soap and water every so often to clean off make-up and oil. Just lather them up with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a towel and air dry. Do not store jewelry in plastic bags; doing this can encourage water damage. |

REPAIR POLICY
Limited Warranty:
We
will repair jewelry purchased from dabbyreid.com for up to one year
from date of purchase under normal use. If your jewelry was not
purchased from dabbyreid.com proof of purchase will be required to be
covered under the one year warranty. All repairs covered by warranty
will be at our discretion.
If your jewelry purchase is older
than one year or the jewelry was not purchased through dabbyreid.com and
there's no proof of purchase the cost of the repair will range between
$6 and $34 (shipping cost not included) depending on the extent of the
repair. Extra fees may apply.

number, order number and a brief description of the repair. We will
respond with instructions on how to proceed. |
